Comments: This debut album of retired surfer Timmy Curran was self-financed and recorded entirely in the home of his producer, Ian Nickus. "The drums were tracked in the garage, vocals in the bedroom, and everything else cut in the living room." The result is a folksy record with tracks that range from the mellow "Comatose" to the more upbeat "Blue Eyes." Curran employs a variety of stringed instruments to add to the album's blend. Start with "Daylight's Coming" and "Blue Eyes."
