Add Date: March 3
Artist: Company of Thieves
Album: Ordinary Riches
Label: Wind-up
Genre: Rock
Comments: Chicago three-piece, female singer, riding the waves of their iTunes-endorsed single "Oscar Wilde," which sounds familiar but not because I've heard it before. Bassist Dorian Duffy departed during the making of this album, but the group sounds unaffected, making sunny rock with a tinge of indie and a singer Genevieve Schatz does her best Elizabeth Powell (of Land of Talk) impression. Caution: careful pronouncing her name on air.
