Comments: Hey, King's album Hey, King! is a thoroughly modern singer-songwriter records ala Phoebe Bridgers and her cotterie but also reminds me in a lot of ways of singer-songwriter fare in the vein of Mirah or another artist in that school. If you're looking for something that is kind of quiet musically speaking but still has those female vocals and the atmosphere of a good, emotional record, you could do much worse than Hey, King!
