Comments: According to the "Radio Onesheet" sheet, Bell x1 is the biggest band in Ireland since U2. I guess I'll have to take their word for it. The four-piece band gives us a good breadth of different styles. They can be compared to Radiohead, Coldplay, Keane, or even Broken Social Scene or the Arcade Fire, all depending on what song you hear. The CD sticks to a moody tone, which makes tracks "Bigger Than Me" and "My First Born for a Song" stand out so much. Start with those if you are in a the mood for upbeat songs."Reacharound" or "He Said, She Said" are good songs if you want to hear why some in the media are comparing them to Radiohead (including me, I guess, if I'm a member of the media now).
