Comments: Yes, that Offspring. The ones you listened to in middle school. Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace is their first studio album since 2003. This band peaked in 1994 with Smash, and then put out another decent album or two (Ixnay on the Hombre and, if we're being generous, Americana), but quite frankly, the new record just sounds a little stale.
