Azeda Booth

Add Date: August 12

Artist: Azeda Booth

Album: In Flesh Tones

Label: Absolutely Kosher

Genre: Ambient electro-pop

Comments: Calgary's Azeda Booth describe themselves as "an interstellar Japanese blend of post-neo-futurecore pop," which comes as close to describing their music as any rational, coherent statement. Imagine the quieter moments of Boards of Canada's Music Has the Right to Children or the skewed pop of Octopus Project, and you'll at least arrive at a good starting point for In Flesh Tones, Azeda Booth's debut LP on Absolutely Kosher (Bottom of the Hudson, Get Him Eat Him, Frog Eyes). Start with "In Red" and "Kensington."
