Comments: According to Spinner: "The spirited don't-define-me sound of Grandchildren is drifting and meditative in its cinematic splendor and filled with sudden, unexpected right turns that surprise and delight." Though this whole album is enjoyable, it is the instrumentals that make it truly stand out. There is a great deal of variety--there are even wind chimes on track 4--and it creates a very relaxing mood. The songs bring to mind serenity and excitement at the same time.
