Beach Slang

Add Date: October 27

Artist: Beach Slang

Album: The Things We Do to Find People Who Feel Like Us

Label: Polyvinyl

Genre: Punk

Comments: Hailing from Pennsylvania, the punkest of places on the planet -- OK, OK, Philadelphia did spawn Mischief Brew and, according to Dan Ozzi of Noisey, has the best punk scene in the country right now -- by far, Beach Slang isn't messing around with their debut record, The Things We Do to Find People Who Feel Like Us. Do you ever hear a song that evokes those intense teenage feels? For me, tunes like "Sleeping Children Are Still Flying" by Blue Sky Black Death and "Antabus" by Makthaverskan do that -- and so does this record. Part catchy pop-punk, part mosh noise, Beach Slang radiates youthful energy, sure to put an extra kick into your day, whether you're writing that metaphysics paper, shopping in Wally World, or eating a nice bowl of chicken noodle soup.

Recommended Tracks: 7, 3, 9
