Comments: Foy Vance’s new EP made me feel like I was simply listening to a tweaked version of Bon Iver. That’s not to say this record has no potential; if you’re in the right mood—lying on the grass, noticing the changing of the leaves, lightly inhaling and exhaling through an autumnal breeze—this music will carry the dreamy mood. But, either way, it’s not a record to get excited about. It’s not original, it’s not groundbreaking; but it’s still “OK.”
